Description: The Belly of the Dragon is an adventurous, scenic little hike. The man-made tunnel runs under Highway 89 and serves as a drain for the upper canyons that flow into the North Fork River. For this reason, the tunnel should not be entered when it is raining. To get into the tunnel, you have to climb down a medium-sized stone step.
