Description: Borrego Springs in southern California offers another special attraction in addition to a state park. So there are numerous metal sculptures of the artist Ricardo Breceda here. They are located on the grounds of Galleta Meadows, a huge property privately owned by Dennis Avery, who commissioned the sculptures and is opening the grounds to the public. You can drive and hike all around to look at and photograph the sculptures.

If you want to drive to all sculptures, you sometimes need a car with increased ground clearance. To almost all sculptures you have to drive a more or less long piece on dirt roads. Especially the road to the dinosaurs is very rough and requires a high ground clearance of the car.
