*The Anual Pass is so to speak the "flat rate" for all Parks managed by the National Park Service. The pass costs a one-time fee of $80 and can be purchased at the entrance to each National Park, National Monument, etc. The pass is valid for 13 months.

Wehle Land Conservation Center
Description: Actually, the Wehle Land Conservation Center is something like a recreation area. You can hike, horseback ride, fish, etc. There is also a very interesting Covered Bridge on the grounds. The special thing about this bridge is that it has a bend. Coordinate of the bridge: Latitude 32.031232, Longitude -85.462876.
Our rating: Unfortunately, we did not know about the center's special opening hours when we visited in October 2016. So it went as it had to - we stood in front of a closed gate. Anyone interested in Covered Bridges should therefore plan their visit well. The exact opening hours can be found in the PDF Brochure. Because we basically had to leave here without having achieved anything, we don't want to give a rating.
