Mount Washburn

Description: Mount Washburn is a 10246ft high mountain at the edge of the Yellowstone Caldera. It is reached via Dunraven Pass. The mountain is located about 12.4mi south of Tower Junction and 6.2mi north of Canyon.

Our rating: It's always nice to drive over Dunraven Pass because you get great views of the valleys around Mount Washburn. In the spring, you'll also find plenty of little flowers in the meadows along the side of the road. If you're in Yellowstone NP, you'll probably pass by here at some point.
