Thermopolis

Description: Thermopolis is known for its hot springs. There is a Hot Springs State Park and a thermal bath. Otherwise, it is a rather deserted-looking small American town.

Our rating: We were totally disappointed by Thermopolis. We had imagined a small, pretty spa town, but there was nothing of it. The city seems abandoned and dusty. That doesn't necessarily encourage us to come back. Only as a place to spend the night it was quite ok.
