Wall Street

Downtown Manhattan - New York City

Wall Street

Description: Wall Street, the epicenter of the global financial industry, including the world's largest stock exchange. For tourists, there is actually, except quite nice house facades, not very much to see. Probably the myth is simply the magnet that attracts the crowds. After all, the strings for the fate of our world are pulled here, among other things.

Our rating: We were actually only here because we wanted to see what's going on in one of the world's financial hotspots. It is probably part of a first visit to New York.

Charging Bull

Description: One of Wall Street's landmarks is the Charging Bull, which stands on Bowling Green Park. It is a sign of the stock market's optimism for rising stock prices.

Our rating: The bull is definitely a tourist attraction. There is often a lot going on here, but we have also been here as good as alone. What the amount of people depends on we do not know, but you should definitely expect waiting times if you want to have a photo with the bull. We found it quite nice to stop by.

3/5

Trinity Church

Description: Trinity Church is one of the most famous churches in New York City and is located right at the northern entrance of Wall Street. The church was built in 1846 in neo-Gothic style. Trinity Church is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

For the GPS: 75 Broadway, New York, NY 10006

Our rating: Trinity Church is a beautiful eye-catcher among all the huge skyscrapers in downtown Manhattan. It's hard to believe that the church's tower was the tallest building in New York City when it opened in 1846. When strolling through downtown, one almost inevitably passes by here. It's definitely worth a look.
