Shannon Falls PP
Description: The Provincial Park is located about 2km south of the town of Sqamish directly on Highway 99. The main attraction are the Shannon Falls which are with 1120ft the third highest in Canada. A 0.2mi long path leads on wooden planks and a few stairs to a viewing platform from which you can admire the falls.
Our rating: This is a very nice stop on the way from Whistler to Vancouver to stretch your legs. We think that the pretty waterfalls are well worth a visit. We visited the PP in July 2002.
